Taruma Flower Essence

$5.00

Miconia lutescens, commonly known as taruma, is a pretty shrub endemic to Southern Ecuador that grows happily here at Sierra y Cielo.

Taruma Flower Essence is soothing for frazzled nerves, helping to bring us back into ourselves when we become flustered and full of anxiety. It helps us to be more resilient to life’s stresses, allowing us to weather any storm.

When things start to pile on, threatening to bury us, taruma flower essence helps us to get back on our feet. It allows us to move forward with life instead of being stuck in a place where we are paralyzed by fear and stress.

Taruma Flower Essence brings sweet, loving energy into our lives. It is helpful for those with hectic schedules who are constantly on the go. It brings us back into our bodies when we are running around frantically trying to get things done.

Taruma Flower Essence is well suited for new mothers and those with small children whose days are overwhelmed by to do lists and caring for the needs of others. It assists in voicing personal boundaries, wants & needs in an open, loving communicative way. It promotes non-violent communication, particularly with loved ones.

How to Use Vibrational Essences
Take 3-4 drops of your vibrational essence of choice under the tongue or in a glass of water up to 4 times a day for anywhere from a week to a few months. Specific duration & frequency will vary depending on a person’s sensitivity and their specific needs. One may choose to take the essence more often during a crisis or while processing a traumatic event until they have reached a state of calm. Take the essence at least 15-30 minutes before or after consuming any food or liquids (other than water). While taking the essence, it can be helpful to create a moment, even if it’s short, to reflect on one’s intentions and what work is being done with that particular essence.
