Tasty, packed full of antioxidants and polyphenols, and good for brain health and memory, coffee berries are one of the most neglected resources around here.

We are blessed to live in a region with some of the best coffee producers in the world, but unfortunately their product sacrifices the berries during the essential fermentation around the beans. We are fermenting the harvest from our small coffee patch, with the intention to preserve and enhance all the benefits of the berries.

This is a mix of all our beans, some of our ripest berries, and lots of sticky berry juice, with panela and mountain spring water, fermented for a few days, before being strained. The delicious sparkling probiotic that results from this is very unique.
