Our aim at Sierra y Cielo is to regenerate a degraded part of the mountainside, while simultaneously providing quality herbal and animal products for ourselves and our community. We raise our animals with the love and respect that all living things deserve. Our gardens are grown in a way that adds nutrients to the soil and improves bio-diversity. By doing things this way, we hope to be an example of how well kind animal husbandry and holistic garden practices work. Look for the * in our ingredient list to know what came from our land. Of the remaining products, we are dedicated to first supporting all our friends in the valley, and only then buying from the coast or jungle nearby. Of all our products, only five ingredients come from outside of Ecuador. We are committed to sustaining a positive ecological footprint, making all our products in tiny batches with conscious care.
